About Me
- Marie Paysant-Le Roux
- Gatteville-Phare, Basse-Normandie, France
- I am a textile artist-designer, specialized in colour, materials & trend forecast. I have graduated from the Royal College of Art in London in July 2009 where I completed the Master Textile mixed media. Before, I have done 2 years of university qualifications in Textile (BTS) in Paris followed by a higher diploma in Applied Arts (DSAA) in textile conception in Roubaix (France). I have recently done a seven months internship at Studioilse in interior design with an emotional&human thinking, extended by some freelance work to finish the furniture phase of a luxury store. Went on a trip to Japan and developped three colour stories: displayed at Space Fiftyfour, Pyrus and Ventura Lambrate in Milan. I am now working as a freelance colour and trim designer for Alstom Transport in Paris since December 2011.
